Mdrn-Life DDW Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of mdrnlifeddw.com, including purchases, subscriptions, accounts, communications, and other services available through the website.

The Mdrn-Life DDW storefront is operated by O'Rise Finance LLC. In these Terms, “Mdrn-Life DDW,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to O'Rise Finance LLC.

By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked within them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

1. Eligibility and customer information

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must supervise and approve your use of the website.

You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account and login information secure.

You may not use the website or our products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Product information

We try to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices, specifications, testing information, and availability. Packaging, labels, appearance, and other product details may change when reasonably necessary.

Screen settings may cause product colors or images to appear different from the physical product.

Mdrn-Life DDW is a drinking-water and hydration product. Website content is provided for general educational information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional about your personal health needs or medical condition.

3. Prices, payments, and taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. A price change will not alter an order that we have already accepted unless the original price resulted from an obvious error.

You are responsible for the product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges displayed or described before purchase.

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation and accept payment.

We may reject or cancel an order because of:

Product unavailability.
Incorrect pricing or product information.
Payment problems.
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
Shipping restrictions.
Suspected unauthorized resale.
A violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an accepted order after payment, we will return the amount collected for the canceled item or order.

We may limit quantities purchased by one person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

5. Final-sale policy

All sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for preference changes, unwanted products, taste preferences, opened products, delayed use, or subscription orders that were not canceled before processing.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact support@orisefinance.com promptly. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the information and provide any remedy required under our published policies or applicable law.

6. Shipping and delivery

Free shipping applies only to eligible deliveries within the United States.

Paid international shipping is available wherever checkout accepts the destination and provides an available shipping rate.

International customers are responsible for:

The shipping charge shown at checkout.
Customs duties.
Import taxes.
VAT or similar taxes.
Brokerage and clearance fees.
Other destination-country charges.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, address problems, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

7. Subscriptions and recurring orders

Mdrn-Life DDW offers automatically renewing subscriptions. We do not currently offer pre-orders or try-before-you-buy plans.

Available subscription choices currently include:

Monthly delivery with 10% savings.
Delivery every 3 weeks with 10% savings.
Delivery every 6 weeks with 8% savings.

The product page and checkout show the delivery frequency, price, discount, shipping charge, and amount due before you complete the purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize O'Rise Finance LLC to charge your selected payment method for each recurring order at the frequency you choose. Charges continue until you cancel.

Current subscription plans do not require a minimum number of billing cycles.

Use the subscription-management link in your order confirmation, subscription email, or customer account to review the next order date and available options to skip, pause, change, or cancel.

Complete a change or cancellation before the next order is processed. Canceling a subscription stops future recurring orders. It does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Processed subscription orders are subject to our final-sale policy.

8. Email and SMS communications

We may send transactional messages about orders, deliveries, subscriptions, security, and customer-service requests.

If you choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe through the link included in each marketing email.

If you choose to receive SMS or MMS marketing messages:

Your consent is not required to make a purchase.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
Reply HELP for available assistance.
Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

After an SMS opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message. Transactional communications may still be sent when necessary to fulfill an order or respond to your request.

9. Reviews, comments, and customer content

If you submit a product review, photograph, testimonial, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that:

The content is truthful and reflects your genuine experience.
You own the content or have permission to submit it.
The content does not violate another person’s rights.
The content is not unlawful, threatening, misleading, abusive, obscene, or harmful.
The content does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and use submitted content for operating and promoting the business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may remove content that violates these Terms. We are not required to publish every submission.

Do not include sensitive personal, financial, or medical information in a public review.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website to:

Break any law or regulation.
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Submit false or misleading information.
Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against another person.
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for a third party’s website, content, security, availability, or independent conduct.

Your use of a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms.

14. Website availability and corrections

We may correct errors, update information, change prices, modify products, or discontinue parts of the website when reasonably necessary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. We may temporarily restrict access for maintenance, security, technical problems, or circumstances outside our control.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that the website will meet every expectation or that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, protections, or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, O'Rise Finance LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to protect and reimburse O'Rise Finance LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers against third-party claims caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires another location or process.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, products, technology, business practices, or legal obligations.

The effective date at the top shows when the Terms were last updated. Material changes apply as required by law and do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

20. Severability and entire agreement

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.

These Terms and the policies linked within them form the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from the Mdrn-Life DDW storefront.

Our failure to enforce a term immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later.
