All sales are final. Because Mdrn-Life DDW is a consumable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, taste preference, or products ordered by mistake.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@orisefinance.com with your order number and photos of the shipping carton, product, interior packaging, and shipping label.

After review, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Before Returning Anything

Do not send a product back unless customer support gives you written return instructions.
