Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We will send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Within the United States

Free shipping is available only for eligible orders delivered within the United States. Checkout will show whether your order qualifies and will display any available paid shipping options before payment.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

International Shipping

Paid international shipping is available wherever our checkout accepts the delivery address. International customers pay the shipping charge shown at checkout.

International customers are also responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delivery Problems

If your order is delayed, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly at support@orisefinance.com. Include your order number and, for damaged shipments, clear photos of the shipping carton, product, interior packaging, and shipping label.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Review our Refund Policy and Return Policy before ordering. Do not send a product back unless customer support provides written instructions.
